Operational Rule Extraction and Construction Based on Task Scenario Analysis

Changes in the information age have induced necessity for a more efficient and effective self-decision-making requirement. A method of extracting constructing naval operations decision-making rules based on scenario analysis is proposed. The template specifications Event Condition Action (ECA) are defined, consistency detection ECA SWRL logical relationships state transitions operational process analyzed detail, association objects, events, behaviors realized.
